Room 204 AC & TV Not Working
Room 204-guest reported that the AC does not work, they said that there is something wrong with the thermostat, and also the television has a strange black box that appears over the television image. She would like someone to go to her room in the morning to fix these. Thanks

Room 243-Guest’s alarm clock doesn’t work
Alarm clock in room doesn’t work. He would like us to fix/replace it. I gave him a wake up call.

Room 133-radio clock doesn’t work, FM won’t come in and AM just makes static noise.
Room 321-there is a very musty smell in room
Room 320-fridge was reported as not working but I think Pan fixed it.
Room 101-guest complained room smells like cigarette smoke and the sink is plugged up.

Maintenance Requests 8-30-08
One of the lobby lights above the printer is not working. Needs to be replaced.
Room 108-TV in room does not work. The screen says inactive. Needs to be fixed. Is the tv in 109 ok?
Room 310-guest reported that they found a strange green bar of soap in room, looked like it may have been left behind by a previous guest. Did houskeeping fully clean the bathroom in that room? I’m not sure why the strange soap was in the bathroom, but the guest said it was otherwise clean. Also, he said the AC wasn’t working well and he had trouble opening his sliding glass door. I think it sounds like it may be jammed. This room may need to be put on maint. until it can be fixed.

Room 132-there is a urine/smoke smell in room. Please inspect soon.
