Maintenance
Maintenance- The guy that services our pool and spa is also going to be taking care of our water fountain in the front. He had requested for maintenance to have it full of water for when he came in today but it is empty, therefore he couldn’t service it today. He said to fill it up with water and then we can call him for him to come service it. Are we also keeping track of the Pool/Spa water level?

Maintenance Room 323
The guest in room 323 says that there AC was working OK but that then it turns off and then when air comes out it’s not cold. I gave them a fan because they did not want to move since they are checking out tomorrow. Please take a look at it to see why it does that. I gave them a copy of the instructions of how to use the control but they still didn’t get it to work properly. Please take a look at it.
Ice machine- When is the ice machine going to be fixed. I’ve put in a lot of requests and still nothing. We do have a very hot weather and our guests need Ice. Please get it over with. Thank You.

HK and Maintenance
Maintenance: The phone in room 208 sound very very far away please fix ASAP. Room 309 the TV does not work. Room 2114 the toilet does not work. (Room 303 the AC does not work per Pan).
HK: We need more shampoo, shower caps, raisers, tide, lots and lots of towels (guests have been swimming a lot lately) wash cloths and han towels.

Room 236 said ac is not cooling.
Our shelves in the back office are empty, please re-stock with towels and more. We also need a plunger or two at the front desk.
I made a list of bad ac’s for Hector to give to Pan.

HK and Maintenance read ASAP
Maintenance - Room 327- I checked in guest and he said AC is not working and tried calling he front Desk Clark but guest what yep the phone didn’t work. So he checked to see if the phone line was plugged in and it was. So I moved guest to room 223.
HK- Room 112 got upset because she said that in the morning they went out and when they came back they hadn’t had HK service. Stated that since they saw the HK next door they put the maid service sign and went back out. When returned they still had no service. She would like us to tell her to morrow once we ask Raquel why she didn’t get HK Service.

Ice Machine
ICE MACHINE BY 235- Guests have complaint that the Ice Machine is still not working. They say that they need ice for this hot weather and they don’t want to walk to the other side just because we still haven’t got it fixed.
